The organization was founded by Kristine Taylor following her own successful battle with breast cancer. Additionally, Kristine Taylor Philanthropies offers a home loan foreclosure prevention service called Homesavers. The program offers counseling, lender negotiation and small loans to allow struggling homeowners underwater on their mortgage to remain in their homes. This includes a service where they will purchase a client's home, lease it back to them, with the option to repurchase the home after three years at the market value at the time of enrollment. In May 2016, once more in collaboration with Orange Coast Memorial Care Hospital they will be hosting Pink Gala, a fundraiser benefitting cancer patients.
